1、北京交通大学硕士学位论文基于数据挖掘技术的分析型库存管理系统研究姓名：石丹丹申请学位级别：硕士专业：信息管理指导教师：姚家奕20080601中文摘要摘要：随着经济的发展，库存管理在企业管理中占据着重要的地位，库存管理成本也占据了企业管理成本的大部分，如何有效地控制库存管理成本，确定合理的库存管理绩效水平，是企业面临的一大难题；此外，经过多年的经营，企业的库存管理业务系统中已经积累了大量的数据，这些数据隐藏着一些有价值的信息，如何去发现这些有价值的知识和信息，用以支持企业的经营决策，是企业面临的又一大难题。基于以上这种情况，本文的研究围绕着数据仓库和数据挖掘技术在库存管理中的应用而展开，旨在设计

2、面向流通企业的分析型商品库存管理系统，用以提高库存管理水平。本文首先分析了论文的研究背景以及数据仓库技术在库存管理中的研究现状，并对论文中所涉及到的理论和方法进行了综述，在此基础上，提出了分析型库存管理系统的概念。论文的三、四、五章的内容就围绕着分析型库存管理系统的分析和设计而展开。第三章的内容中，在分析传统的操作型库存管理系统的局限性的基础上，对分析型库存管理系统进行了分析，包括系统目标分析、用户需求分析和系统功能分析，并给出了系统的体系结构设计；第四章的内容主要是对分析型库存管理系统进行OLAP设计，包括分析主题设计、分析指标设计、维度和事实表的设计以及多维模型的设计；第五章的内容主要围绕

3、分析型库存管理系统的数据挖掘模型而展开，建立了用以预测安全库存量的BP神经网络模型，并对模型进行了训练和预测结果的评价。最后，对在本论文中所作的工作和成果作了一个总结，并提出了今后进一步研究的方向。本论文的重点在于基于数据仓库OLAP设计以及有用信息的挖掘。在应用方面，以传统的操作型库存管理系统为基础，建立基于数据挖掘的分析型库存管理系统，将其与神经网络算法模型相结合，建立确定安全库存量的模型。在设计方面，论文采用结构化的设计思想和方法，并结合先进计算机理论，对模型计算机化实现的关键性问题进行了设计，为以后的应用打下了基础。关键词：分析型库存管理；数据仓库；OLAP；数据挖掘；BP神经网络分类
