2、3蛋白在各组中的表达情况；免疫荧光染色技术检测IP013和其他公认的干细胞标记在子宫内膜中的共表达和定位情况；荧光定量PCR技术检测IP013mRNA相对量在各组中的情况。结果IP013在各组中均有表达。免疫组化结果提示照组B的IP013阳性细胞数目明显低于对照组A和实验组。免疫荧光染色结果提示IP013与CD34，CD45，telomerase、oct4、c—kit、PDGF—Rp、CD90．；f口CDl46共表达且定位于子宫内膜的上皮细胞和(或)间质细胞，WesternBlot结果提示IP013蛋白在对照组A中强阳性表达，对照组B中弱阳性表达，实验组c中
