1、民用建筑给水排水设计摘要本设计是某二十层民用住宅楼的建筑给排水设计，主要包括给水系统、排水系统消防系统、屋面雨水系统四个部分。给水系统采用分区供水，一到四层为低区，由市政管网直接供水。五层到二十层为高区，采用变频泵加压的供水方式，由建筑物外的储水池供给；排水系统采用的是污、废合流制，底层单独排水，厨房排水立管仅设伸顶通气管，卫生间设专用排气管；消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统，火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给，正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取；雨水采用的是内排水系统，雨水直接排向市政污水管网。给水管和排水管分别采用给水钢管和PVC塑料管，消防系统采用镀锌钢管。设计过程进行了各
