1、IndividualStressRiskAssessmentThisassessmentaimstoidentifyanystressproblemsandareas(stressors),developandimplementsolutionstotheproblemsandmonitortheireffectiveness.Timeshouldbesetasidebetweentheassessor(ideallythelinemanager)andemployeetocompletethisassessment.The
2、team/departmentriskassessment(ifcompleted)mayalsobeusedforreference.Theemployee’s“MyPerformance”mayalsoindicateifthereareanyfurtherissuesarisingthatneedtobediscussed.Howtocomplete:·Eachareainsection1shouldbediscussedandifidentifiedasastressorcarriedforwardontotheac
3、tionplan.·Theactionplan(section2)identifiesthestressorshighlightedbytheindividual,areasthatarecausingstress,currentsupportandanyfurthersupportthatmayneedtobeputinplace.·Theemployeeneedstoratehowstressfultheyfindthestressoronascaleof0-10onthemainactionplan.Thisgives
4、theriskassessoranideaofthedegreeofstressbeingexperiencedbytheemployee.·Theriskassessmentneedstobeagreedandsignedbytheemployeeandassessor.·Thereviewactionplanneedstobecompletedafter3to6monthsinitially.Furtherreviewsmaybenecessaryafterthistimehoweveritisrecommendedth
5、atthereviewactionplanisdiscussedatleastannually.·Theemployeeshouldcompletethereviewstressratinginthereviewactionplantoallowacomparisontotheinitialstressratingscoreinthemainactionplan.·Acopyoftheriskassessmentandactionplanshouldbeheldbytheassessorandemployee.Ifyoune
