1、提要目的：探讨针刺行间、太溪穴对阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压患者血压的影响。并通过与曲泉、太溪穴降压效果对比，证明滋阴潜阳法较滋水涵木法更适合应用于临床阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压患者的即时降压治疗。方法：筛选符合纳入标准的高血压患者62例。按照随机分组方法按1：1的比例分为治疗组和对照组，每组31例。治疗组取双侧行间、太溪穴，对照组取双侧曲泉、太溪穴。选用0.30*40mm毫针（华佗牌）直刺入穴位，针刺深度约为8～12mm，得气后留针30min。治疗前测量记录血压，30min后结束治疗并立即测量记录血压变化。应用统计软件SPSS17.0对所得数据进行统计学处理。结果：1.两种方法均可有效降

2、低血压（P＜O.01），治疗组有效率90％，对照组有效率76.67％，组间疗效具有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。2.治疗组即时降低收缩压的效果明显优于对照组（P＜O.05）。3.治疗组与对照组即时降低舒张压的效果无明显差异(P＞0.05)。结论:1.针刺行间、太溪可以即时降低阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压患者的血压，且在降低收缩压方面较针刺曲泉、太溪组有更好的疗效。2.滋阴潜阳法治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压的即时效果优于滋水涵木法。3.子母补泻法在原发性高血压的临床治疗方面确有其实际应用价值。关键词针刺;高血压;阴虚阳亢;攻补兼施;子母补泻Theobservationofimmediatea
