1、郑州大学硕士学位论文郑州市企业职工工资增长问题研究姓名：冯一兵申请学位级别：硕士专业：公共管理硕士指导教师：霍海燕201205中文摘要2000年以来，郑州市的经济高速增长，社会实现跨越式发展。但与许多城市一样，也面临着职工工资水平增长幅度偏低，职工工资总额占GDP比重逐年下降的趋势，普通一线职工不能完全享受到经济发展的成果，不利于保持社会的和谐稳定。为了构建和谐公平、健康发展的社会，职工工资增长的话题日益受到政府和民众的关注。本文主要采用理论研究与实证分析相结合的方法。通过查阅国内外相关文献、著作和期干IJ文章，获取研究有关信息，作为本研究最基本的资料。在

2、实证分析部分，通过对郑州市800家企业职工工资情况进行调查，获得第一手的基础数据，并结合郑州市历年来发布的统计公报，了解不同行业、不同经济类型、不同群体之间的企业职工工资增长情况，找寻影响工资增长的主要因素，探讨产生变化的原因，分析各种因素对工资增长的影响程度，从而制定符合郑州市实情的职工工资增长政策。基于理论与实证分析的成果，本文最后提出在社会主义市场经济条件下，制定和完善工资相关政策，加强政府对企业分配的宏观干预和调控仍是十分必要的。并从加强政策法规建设，大力推进工资集体协商，强化政府宏观调控职能等方面提出了具体的对策和措施，从而促进职工工资正常增长，
