2、动、融资困难、财务管理薄弱等问题，立足于民营企业自身，通过对社会造成重大影响的民营企业的案例分析，着重分析了民营企业财务管理中存在的薄弱环节并提出了加强其财务管理的有效对策。全文共分为三大部分：第一部分分析了民营企业目前在财务管理上存在的主要问题，即:投资决策的盲目、融资中的困难、财务控制薄弱等问题；第二部分针对民营企业财务管理中的薄弱环节进行了深入的分析，即:先天不足带来的隐患、人才因素的影响、管理上的误差等；第三部分则在已有的分析基础上提出加强民营企业财务管理的对策，即：改善外部环境、提升管理水平等。关键词:民营企业财务管理对策研究ABSTRACTPrivat
