1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文益气活血汤对HCY的影响姓名：宁睿华申请学位级别：硕士专业：中西医结合临床指导教师：职利琴201204中文摘要目的：观察益气活血汤对血清中Hcy(同型半胱氨酸)的影响，初步探讨益气活血汤防治H型高血压的作用机制，为中药防治H型高血压提供可靠的理论支持。方法：纳入H型高血压患者60例，随机分为对照组30例(西药常规治疗组)和治疗组30例(中西医综合疗法组)。各组在年龄、性别上具有可比性，并且分别进行血清Hcy水平检测、危险因素调查。治疗方法：对照组给予依那普利叶酸片进行治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加服益气活血汤进行治疗。每日一剂，分早晚

2、两次，连续服用三月。两组疗程均为半年，半年后抽血化验血清中hcy水平，以判断治疗情况。结果：1．通过比较，两组临床资料无显著性差异(P>O．05)，具有可比性；2．完成随访80例，依据检查结果，治疗组血清中Hcy水平显著低于对照组．(P
