1、河北理工大学毕业设计摘要摘要本设计为张双楼矿1.8Mt/a的矿井设计。井田走向(东西)长平均约8.23km,倾向(南北)长平均约3.88km,井田水平面积为31.93km2。主采煤层一层,即7号煤层,平均倾角8.9°,厚约5.0m。井田工业储量为226.69Mt,可采储量172.53Mt,矿井服务年限为73.7a。矿井正常涌水量为320m3/h,最大涌水量为340m3/h;矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为1.84m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层有自燃发火倾向,发火期3~6个月,煤尘具有爆炸危险性。开拓方案为立井两水平开采,暗斜井延深至-700m水平。
2、大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用1.5t固定箱式矿车。设计首采区采用采区准备方式,采用一次采全高采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用中央并列式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量4608m3/min,矿井通风总阻力2096Pa,风阻0.35N·s2/m8,等积孔2.03m2,矿井通风容易。矿井通风困难时期矿井总风量4608m3/min,矿井通风总阻力2746Pa,风阻0.46N·s2/m8,等积孔1.77m2,矿井通风中等困难。关键词:立井;上下山开采;大采高;中央并列式I河北理工大学毕业设计摘要ABSTRACTThegeneraldes
