2、问题；从数据库到Ⅺ儿文档的转换问题；病历的格式化打印输出问题；医疗机构间病历数据的分布式检索问题；提供知识支持系统问题；病历数据的安全问题。XML是本系统运用的主要技术之一，从病历数据的存贮到网络传输都通迂LXIvIL来实现。本文实现了从数据库到xML文档的转换，开发了半结构化录入模块，解决了医生对结构化数据录入方式的不适应和完全自由录入法对数据管理不便的矛盾。同时，改进了数据检索算法，提高了检索速度，并将知识支持系统设计到本系统之中，赋予该系统辅助诊断功能。本文采用XMLWebServices对分布式

3、数据检索进行了分析研究，最后对系统中的安全性进行了详细的分析，并设计出一个整体安全体系结构方案。作为江苏省科学技术厅的自然科学基金资助项目，本课题在注重实际应用的同时，也进行了理论方面的深入分析，注意将新技术、国内外新的病历管理理念引入和应用到本系统的设计之中，充分体现以人为本的管理理念，实现了病历数据管理与服务的和谐统一。关键词：电子病历系统、B／S结构、)flVILTheAnalysisandDesignofthesystemonWeb—basedCPRAbstractThi8paperusedUM
