1、河南大学硕士学位论文中小企业信用担保的风险管理研究姓名：席英俊申请学位级别：硕士专业：企业管理指导教师：朱涛201205摘要担保行业是一个新兴行业，在国内起步较晚，但是它在解决中小企业融资难问题上发挥着不可替代的作用。中小企业信用担保具有典型的“高风险、低收益’’特征，要实现其稳健可持续经营，就要不断加强其风险管理，尽可能的减少担保违约所引起的代偿赔付。随着金融危机和欧债危机的爆发和蔓延，我国也出现了经济下滑，中小企业纷纷倒闭等情况，担保公司不得不承担连带责任，资金面趋于紧张甚至断裂，经营风险不断积聚。本文正是基于当前国内外宏观经济形势及担保公司所

2、面临的网境，以中小企业信用担保的风险管理为丰线，综合运用风险管理、博弈论及案例分析等知识和方法，分析风险成因并提出相关对策建议。按照研究思路，作者首先对担保公司风险及管理作了概述，从可控性和风险表现形式上对担保公司所面临的风险进行了分类，在此基础上总结了担保公司风险的特征，并分析了风险的来源。接着运用博弈论和风险管理知识，建立担保公司与受保企业的动态博弈模型，进而揭示了担保公司风险形成的原因。接下来分析了构建担保公司风险管理体系的必要性，并在此基础上设计了担保业务流程风险管理体系和担保公司内部风险管控体系，从而构建了一个完整合理的担保公司风险管理体
