1、南京财经大学硕士学位论文中国金融服务外包决策的影响因素研究姓名：石愫愫申请学位级别：硕士专业：金融学指导教师：闫海峰2011-01-09摘要最近几年，服务全球化和服务外包发展迅速，已经日益成为全球化的主导力量和重要内容。同时，国内服务业发展和开放也受到更多重视。金融外包已成为国际外包市场的主流。随着中国金融领域开放程度的不断加大，竞争的日益激烈，金融外包已经成为不可避免的趋势。对于金融服务外包，国外研究重点已经从成本转移和控制转向核心技术竞争力等一系列问题。而国内对此的研究还相对薄弱，研究重点还仅仅停留在成本转
2、移和风险控制的理论层面。为此，探讨影响我国金融服务外包因素研究，以期拓展国内金融服务外包风险管理的新思路，是本文的最终目的。本文运用问卷调查、专家座谈以及文献归纳的方式对影响中国金融服务外包决策的因素进行系统的分析和研究,同时重点分析权力和依存性在金融服务外包决策的关键作用，然后通过建立Logistic模型得出权力和依存性在外包决策中的主导地位,最后从权力和依存性角度，提出金融机构进行风险控制和风险防范的六点政策建议。通过模型的分析，可以看出权力和依存性、知识产权保护和资产专用性等因素在金融企业服务外包决策中发
3、挥着举足轻重的作用。类似于核心竞争力，权力和依存性因素，它体现的是服务外包双方的一种博弈关系，它是从企业战略层面反映金融机构对于业务的选择。关键词：金融服务外包；权力以及依存性；logistic模型；风险管理IABSTRACTInrecentyears,globalservicesandoutsourcinghavedevelopedrapidlyandbecometheleadingforcesandthemostimportantcontentsinglobalization.Meanwhile,thedo
