2、omotingimprovementofqualityandefficiencyofdesign.Thispaperproposesthatevaluatingtherationalityofthecomponents’layoutdesignfromtheventilationandheatdissipationofdeviceandthewiringsimulation.Onthebasisofcomputationalfluiddynamics(CFD)andheattransferfundamentals,andcombingwithpowerelectronicstor

3、esearchkeytechnologiesofmodelingthermalanalysis,whichincludesmathematicalmodelsforheatlossesandthree.dimensionalmodelforthermalanalysisofpowerdevices.Ontheonehand,theventilationandheatdissipationofdeviceismeasuredbysolvingtemperaturedistribution,whichcanverifytherationalityofthelayoutdesignfr

4、omonehand.Ontheotherhand,therationalityalsoCanbeverifiedbyestablishingathree—dimensionalvirtualwiringdiagramofdevicetosimulatewiringwithdigitaltechnology.ThispapercombineswithprojectonhighfrequencyauxiliarypowersuppliedforaMetrovehicle,usesSolidWorksFlowSimulationsoftwareastoolofthermalanalys

5、is.Accordingtostructurecharacteristicsofhighfrequencyauxiliarypower,thecomponentmodulesaresimplifiedreasonably,andtheparametersofthermalanalysisareobtainedandthecorrespondingmodelisestablished,thenthetemperaturedistributionissolved,inaddition,theresultsarecomparedwiththeconventionforevaluatin

6、gtheeffectofventilationandheatdissipation.Finallyitisprovedthatthedesignofcomponents’layoutmeetstherequirementsonventilationandheatdissipation.Simultaneously,thethree—dimensionalvirtualwiringdiagramsofequipmentmastercircuitarecreatedwithSolidWorksRoutingsoftwareassupportplatforms.Thisthesises
