3、esearchkeytechnologiesofmodelingthermalanalysis，whichincludesmathematicalmodelsforheatlossesandthree．dimensionalmodelforthermalanalysisofpowerdevices．Ontheonehand，theventilationandheatdissipationofdeviceismeasuredbysolvingtemperaturedistribution，whichcanverifytherationalityofthelayoutdesignfr

4、omonehand．Ontheotherhand，therationalityalsoCanbeverifiedbyestablishingathree—dimensionalvirtualwiringdiagramofdevicetosimulatewiringwithdigitaltechnology．ThispapercombineswithprojectonhighfrequencyauxiliarypowersuppliedforaMetrovehicle，usesSolidWorksFlowSimulationsoftwareastoolofthermalanalys

5、is．Accordingtostructurecharacteristicsofhighfrequencyauxiliarypower,thecomponentmodulesaresimplifiedreasonably,andtheparametersofthermalanalysisareobtainedandthecorrespondingmodelisestablished，thenthetemperaturedistributionissolved，inaddition，theresultsarecomparedwiththeconventionforevaluatin
