2、rference(EMI)problemsofSMPSareimminentlyundersolution,especially,fortheequipmentwimhighpowerorlargevoltage.TheConductedElectromagneticInterference(EMI)generatedinSMPScanpropagatealongthelineandcoupleintothepowergddorotherdevices,whichmaybreaksensitivedevicesdow
3、n.Therefore,conductedEMImodelingforSMPShaveagoodsignificanceonmechanismanalysisandsuppressionofconductedEMI.Inthispaper,aBoostconverteriSresearchedinthefieldsofconductedEMImeasurementandmodeling,andasimulationcircuitforconductedEMIoftheSMPSiSbuiltup·Firstly,wer
4、esearchthemeasurementtechnologyofConductedElectromagneticInterference.TheseparationmethodsforCommonMode(CM)andDifferentialMode(DM)interferenceareespeciallyfocusedon.Twonovelnoiseseparationtechnologiesareproposed,thefirstiSanoiseseparationnetworkforCMandDMinterf
5、erencebasedonCommonModeChoke(CMC).ThecoreelementsofthedesignednoiseseparationnetworkareaRFtransformerandtwoCMC,whosecharacteristicimpedanceequals100Q.Thenoiseseparationnetworkhasagoodsimulationperformanceatthefrequencyrangefrom150kHz-30MHz.ThesecondiSanoisesepa
6、rationmethodbasedoncurrentprobemeasurementandsoftwarecomputation,whichisverifiedbymeasuringtheEMIofa15.0w/12Vcommercialswitchpowersupply.Theproposednoiseseparationmethodworksateithertheinputpowerlinesorthelinesbetweentwodevices.Ontheotherhand,wehavemeasuredthec
7、onductedEMIforthedesignedBoostSMPS.Atthefrequencyrangefrom150kHz-30MHz,themeasurementresultsshowtheconductedEMIspectraonphaselineandnaturallinehaveacoincidenceatpeakvalue,whicharebeyondtheBClasslimitsinCISPR22.AndtheCMinterferenceisapproximately10dBmorethantheD
8、M.AconclusionabouttheCMinterferenceiSindomainfortheconductedEMIofthepowerlinesiSmade.Secondly,accordingtothethreeelementsofEMC,webuilduptheconductedEMImodelfortheBoostSMPS.M
