1、西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1I页由纯水改变为体积比为2:8的乙醇/水混合溶剂或体积比为l:9的乙腈/水混合溶剂后,产物的微观形貌均转变为颗粒状和线状共存的不规则结构,其电导率分别降低为O.24S/cm和0.38S/cm。通过本文的研究工作,制备出了分别具有颗粒状、从颗粒到薄膜渐变的微观形貌以及线状阵列结构的E.PPy、A.PPy和C.PPy三类不同微观形貌的PPy产物,并证实了上述PPy产物的微观结构变化会引起产物电导率的改变。关键词:聚吡咯;醇水比;腈水比;十六烷基三甲基溴化铵;微观形貌;电导率西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1II页
2、AbstractPolypyrrole(PPy)hasgraduallybeendevelopedintoahotresearchdirectioninthefieldofconductivepolymerwithitsadvantagesofeasysynthesis,highconductivity,environmentalstability,non-toxicandSOon.Fortheconductivepolymermaterials,itisnodoubtthattheelectricalconductivityisthemai
3、ntechnicalindicatorsoftheperformance.Manypracticalapplicationofconductivepolymermaterialsisoftendirectlydependsonitsadvantagesanddisadvantagesofconductiveability,thereforeitisnecessarytocarryoutthecontrollablestudyoftheconductivityofconductivepolymer.Ithasbeenprovedasmanyre
4、searchesinbothhomeandabroadthatthemorphologyofPPyhasadirecteffecttotheconductivityofconductivepolymer.Inviewofthis,thispaperwillmainlystudythesynthesis,characterizationandconductivityofaseriesofPPywithparticle,linear,andfromtheparticlestofilmmorphology.Inthispaper,polypyrro
5、lewasfirstsynthesizedbyachemicaloxidationpolymerizationmethodaspyrrole,FeCl3andthemixtureofacetonitrileandwaterwereusedasthemonomer,oxidantandsolvent,respectively.Then,aseriesofpolypyrrolewithparticlemorphology(markedasE-PPy)weresynthesizedbychangingthevolumeratioofethylalc
6、oholtowater(noteasVREW)intherangeof0:10to7:3.TheresultsshowedthatVREWhaddirecteffecttotheconjugateddegreeofPPymolecule.FurtherstudyindicatedthattheaverageparticlesizeofPPydecreasedwiththeincreaseofVREWintherangeof0:10to7:3.However.stillwiththeincreaseofVREWintherangeof0:10t
