3、tlocationquickly,itcouldcauseveryseriousconsequencesTosolvetheaboveproblem,thispaperproposestheoveralldesignbycombiningtheapplicationofexpertsysteminfaultdiagnosis,anddevelopsalleffectivefaultdiagnosissystembyusingStep一7andWinCCsoftware.ThediagnosissystemCangiveeffectivesolutionbasedonthephenom
4、enonthroughuser-friendlyinterfaceSOthatitwouldhelptheadministratoralleviatehisworkingstrength,andevenmoreimportantisthedirecteffectthatitcanminimizethelosscausedbyfaultstotheenterprise.Basedontheanalysisofprocess,allthefaultspotswhichshouldbringdamagetothelineareclassified,consequently,theknowl
5、edgebaseisbuild.Forthediagnosissystem,thedesignadoptsthecentralmonitoring,itisacombinationofIPC(IndustrialPersonalComputer),PLCcontrollerandadvancedsensorforreal.timestatusmonitoringandcontroloftheproductionworkshopwiththemodemsensorandautomaticcontroltechnology.Finally,thefaultdiagnosissystemf
