1、AbstractCarbonblackfilledrubberisatypicalvisco-hyperelasticcomposite,itsmechanicalbehaviorsareaffectedbythedispersion,dimensionandcontentofthefilledparticles,andremarkablyinfluencedbytemperature,strainrateandloadingtime.Furthermore,duetotheviscoelasticproperti
2、esoftherubbermaterial,hysteresislossresultsintemperatureriseinrubbermaterialduringdeformation,especiallyloadedwithcyclicdeformation.Inthisthesis,westudiedthehyperelasticity,viscoelasticityandvisco-hyperelasticalconsititutivemodelsofthefilledrubber,andthethermo
3、rheologicalcharacteristicsandrelationshipbetweenhysteresislossanddynamicalpropertieswerealsoinvestigated.Moreover,theeffectofcarbonblackcontentonthemechanicalbehaviorsoffilledrubberwasexplored,andamicro-mechanicalanalysismethodwasdeveloped.Themainworksandachie
4、vementsarelistedasfollows.1.Propertiesofnaturerubber,mechanismofcarbonblackenhancement,mainmechanicalpropertiesoffilledrubber,andtherecentadvancedconstitutivemodelsforrubbermaterialandtheinfluencefactorsoftheviscoelasticbehaviorsoffilledrubberswerebrieflyrevie
5、wed.2.Accuratematerialparametersofhyperelasticconstitutivemodelsarecriticalforstructuralfiniteelementcalculationofrubbercomponents.Thepredictionperformancesofsixoftenusedhyperelasticmodelsandthemodelselectionstrategieswereexploredinthecaseofincompletionoftheth
6、reebasictypesofmechanicaltests,andfinallyamodelselectionstrategywasdeveloped.Thatis,inthecaseofcompletedataunderST,PTandETtests,Ogdenmodel(N=3)isthefirstchoice,andtheYeohandArruda-Boycemodelarethesubstitutiveones.Ifthereareonlytwotypesofbasictestsavailable,ETt
7、estispreferred,andtheOgdenmodel(N=3)isthebestmodelthatcanpreciselypredictthethirddeformationmode.TheArruda-BoycemodelprovidesmostexcellentpredictionforPTandETdeformationbasedontheSTtestdataonly.3.TheinfluenceofcarbonblackcontentontheMullinseffect,breakstrength
