1、中国石油大学（华东）硕士学位论文我国商业银行发展中间业务策略研究姓名：王沛沛申请学位级别：硕士专业：金融学指导教师：王爱东201105摘要-●⋯随着世界性金融管制的放松，非银行金融机构的发展，传统银行间竞争的加剧，商业银行传统的靠借贷利差为主的盈利模式受到极大地影响。在这种背景下，一些发达经济体由于金融市场发展比较完善，银行业的金融创新丌展的比较深入，中间业务已经成为商业银行主要的收入来源。我国加入WTo后承诺逐步全面开放我国的会融市场，因此外资银行的全面进入与业务的逐步开展将对我国的金融格局产生深刻地影响。外资银行在中间业务发展方面经验丰富，这将导致我国商业银行

2、中间业务的丌展受到挤压，在这种情形下，现阶段要研究我国商业银行中间业务发展的策略。本文首先界定了中间业务的相关概念范围，概述了中间业务发展的相关背景，以及本文研究的重要意义，在此基础上，简要分析了国内外商业银行的发展现状及特点，对中外商业银行中间业务的发展进行了差异分析，得出我国商业银行发展中间业务的必要性结论。提出了我国商业银行中间业务发展的制约因素，并针对各因素进行了发展策略研究。通过研究得出我国中间业务在收入占比、产品种类、经营营销理念以及服务技术水平方面的差距，分析出了社会环境、行业因素、政策制度因素等方面的制约因素，从而得出要完善中间业务定价机制，建立科
