2、ioncircuit.Otherwiseitcandisplayhowmuchbatteryremains.Inordertoselecttheappropriatetopologystructureforthisdesign,adetailedanalysisaboutthetopologyofswitchpowersupplywasdone.ChipCN3705wasusedtorealizelithiumbatterychargingcircuit,whichcanbechargedbyadapterandus
3、egreencleaningofsolarcharging.Chargingstatecanbedividedintotwostageincludeconstantcurrentandconstantvoltage.Thechipcanprotectthecircuitverywell.ChipUC3843functionanddetailedintroducesontheexternalcircuitdesignwasanalyze.thecircuitrealizedthemaximumoutputpowerof
4、90w.Thispaperexpoundsthestep-downchipLM2576internalstructureandfunction,anddesignsastablestep-downmodule.MCUPIC16F616ofcircuitcanrealizethefunctionofprotection,powerdisplay,prolongtheservicelifeofthebatteryandincreasethesafetyofthecircuit.Thepaperintroducesinde
5、tailthedesignofthehigh-frequencyinductors,listssomecommonmagneticcorematerial,andanalyzesitsadvantagesanddisadvantages.Meanwhileitalsoanalyzestheworkinthedesignofthehighfrequencyinductivepattern,derivesthecalculationoftheinductance,andcalculatesthewirediameter.
6、FinallyschematicdiagramwasdesignedandthenPCBdesignwascarriedout.Alotofexperimentaltestwasdonewhichrelatestotemperatureandefficiency.Thisthesiscanusethesolarchargeinoutdoor.Meanwhilethecarpowerchargeandcommercialpowerchargecanbeused,whichisthemajorcharacteristic
