1、杭州电子科技大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTWithahighspeeddevelopment,China’wirelesscommunicationindustryhasenjoyedagreatpopularityinthiscentury.AndasoneofthemostusefulsignalcarrierbandsforRadioandTelevisionorRadioCommunication,UHFbandhasbeengainingsignificancebyday.Duetotheinc
2、entivesundertheMarketeconomy,electronicequipmentshavebeenspreadextensivelytotheconsumers,whichmaycausesatendencyofcompact,integrate,low-costandhigh-efficiencyelectronicdevicesdesigning.Hence,microwavefilterdesigninghasbeenfightingforacompromisebetweencosta
3、ndperformanceforalongtime.YetstudiesonUHFbandpassfiltersarebecoming―hotspot‖ofthelateyearsinthemeritofimprovingtheUHFdevicesperformances,suchasenhancingelectroniccomponentcharacteristics,reducingproductioncostandraisingtheutilizationrateofbands.Thispaperfi
4、rststartswithsomeclassicmethodology,suchasfiltersynthesizeorimageparametermethod.Bythecomparisonsamongparallelcoupled,hairpintype,combtypeorotherstructuresoffilter,howtominiaturizeaUHFfilterisgiven.ThefurtherconcentratesonUHFband-passfilterormulti-bandsfil
5、terdesign.Bytheuseofcapacitorloaded,open-loopresonators,whichresultsinadual-bandperformance,g/4slotsstructure,sideloadedresonatorandotherfilterstructures,severalfilterswerecarriedoutandmeasuredinthetypesofminiaturizedlumpedfilterandmicrostripfilters.Theau
6、thor’sworksaremainlyconsistsof:(1).SummarizesadvantagesanddisadvantagesbycontrastingtheSparametersbetweenlumpedorquasi-lumpedandmicrostripfilter,anditsapplicablescope.Ontheonehand,Atypeofminiaturizedlumpedfilterwhichisimprovedafterbyquasi-lumpedcomponents,
7、iscarriedout,andalsomeasuredbytheaidofaAgilentVectornetworkanalyzer,whichisverysuitableforLTEsystem.Ontheotherhand,high-lowimpedancefilter,parallelcoupledfilter,hairpinfilter,combfilteraredesignedandsimulatedthatinfersmultiplecharacteristicsbasedondifferen
8、tfilterstructures.(2).Ag/2openstubwasfoldedintoopen-loopresonatorinordertominiaturizefiltersize.Thenacapacitorcomponentisloadedinthecenteroffoldedstrip,whichwouldsubsequentlychangethecenterfrequencyofsecondh
