1、论我国无效婚姻赔偿制度的构建摘要婚姻是人类社会亘古不变的话题，随着物质文明的发展，婚姻中存在的问题也越来越多，这些不论是对当事人双方还是子女，都有着严重的影响。我国《婚姻法》针对一些不断发现的问题，也相对地完善了法律，尤其是在2001年，我国《婚姻法》建立了比较完整的无效婚姻制度,填补了婚姻立法的空白。但是，其中有一些重要的内容在法律法规中没有相应的规定，如我国无效婚姻制度中赔偿制度的不完善，导致受害人的合法权益无法得到应有的保障，从而引起当事人之间的财产纠纷，如果想要预防并且解决此类违法行为的发生，就必须完善无效婚姻的赔偿制度。本论文总共分为五个部分：第一个部分引言主要是交代了论文的立
