1、提要目的：观察运用温阳益气活血法治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症的临床疗效，并对原发性甲减的中西医病因及治疗现状进行理论探析。方法：临床选取符合试验病例标准的原发性甲状腺功能减退症病例60例，随机分为两组：对照组与观察组，每组各30例。对照组单用优甲乐，观察组在个体化应用优甲乐的同时，加用温阳益气活血的中药汤剂，以2个月为一个疗程，观察1个疗程，记录治疗前后的主要临床症状及体征的积分及甲状腺功能的实验室检查数据。结果：经统计学分析两组在治疗前的一般资料，包括性别、年龄、病程，两组无明显差异（P＞0.05），具有可比性。对治疗前后两组的症状积分及甲状腺功能进行组间统

2、计学比较分析，发现两组在治疗前的症状积分及甲状腺功能（P＞0.05），无统计学意义，两组具有可比性；两组间治疗后的症候疗效评价及疾病疗效评价（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义，说明观察组在改善原发性甲减的主要临床症状、体征及甲状腺功能方面优于对照组。结论：运用温阳益气活血法合并优甲乐在改善原发性甲减的临床症状、体征及甲状腺功能方面，较单用西药优甲乐有明显的优势，值得临床进一步研究应用。关键词：温阳益气活血法；中西医结合；原发性甲状腺减退症；优甲乐；疗效评价ClinicalCurativeEffectObservationoftheWenyangYiqiHuox
