1、摘要(按宋体小四空1行)本文论述了成像光谱仪的发展历史,最新的研究动态与科研成果;主要介绍了干涉成像光谱技术,并对基于这项技术的干涉成像光谱仪的工作原理进行了分析与讨论。随后以基于Savart偏光镜的干涉成像光谱仪为主要论述方向,给出了它的结构部件构成方式以及分光机理的说明;并在理论上推导出它的横向剪切量d、光程差△的计算公式;之后乂提出了普遍意义上分辨率的概念,锐利判据的定义;并在矩形切趾情况下,推导岀光谱分辨率与最大光程差成反比的关系;随后在考虑透镜成像时,分别讨论了光谱分辨率与横向剪切量d,成像透镜焦距f,CCD尺寸x的关系。而实际光学系统总是会存在像差,所以
