1、山西财经大学硕士学位论文山西农产品加工业竞争力研究姓名：郝薇薇申请学位级别：硕士专业：产业经济学指导教师：吕春成2011-02-20摘要农产品加工业，顾名思义，关联着农业和工业，一方面是农业的延伸，一方面又连接城乡居民的最终消费，农产品加工业的发展不仅是实现从田园到餐桌的重要纽带，更是推动农业产业化、农村城镇化和农民市民化的重要动力，因此，农产品加工业是解决“三农”问题的重要契机，也是关乎国计民生的重大课题。我国是农业大国，山西省又是农业大省，对于发展农产品加工业占有较强的原料优势和人力资源优势，经过多

2、年的发展，已形成一批优势产业和品牌产品，在国际竞争浪潮中占据一席之地。但是相比发达国家甚至我国的发达省份，山西省农产品加工业的整体发展能力、发展规模、技术水平以及竞争实力等还存在差距，巨大的比较优势并没有转化为有效地竞争优势。因此，本文从产业整体发展水平、产业结构以及产业绩效等方面着手研究，重点剖析了山西省发展农产品加工业的优劣势以及发展中存在的内部和外部问题，并结合国内外发展经验，提出了促进山西省农产品加工业竞争力提升的对策建议。本文研究主要通过借鉴绝对优势理论和比较优势理论、要素禀赋理论和竞争优势理

3、论等相关理论基础，结合山西省农产品加工业发展的特点，筛选出相关指标，建立了产业竞争力评价模型，利用因子分析方法对产业进行了实证分析，并根据评价结果寻求出了一系列战略措施。【关键词】农产品加工业竞争力评价体系IIIAbstractAgriculturalproductsprocessingassociateswithagricultureandindustry.Itcanbesaidagricultureproductsprocessingistheextensionoftheagriculture.On
