1、提要目的：观察头针配合体针为主对改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能的疗效。方法：将小儿痉挛型脑性瘫痪患者60例，随机分为针刺组和对照组，每组各30例。针刺组采用头针加体针结合现代康复训练治疗，对照组仅采用现代康复训练。所有纳入病例每周治疗5次，6个月为1个疗程，疗程结束后，采用中文译本的粗大运动功能测试量表(GrossMotorFunctionMeasure，GMFM)88项版本进行疗效评估。结果：1、针刺组和对照组五个功能区的原始分，治疗前、后经统计学处理，均有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。2、针刺组和对照组五个功能区治疗后的原始分，经统计学处理，有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。结论：1、头针、
