1、上海师范大学硕士学位论文上海历史街区旅游开发模式研究姓名：张萍申请学位级别：硕士专业：旅游管理指导教师：梁保尔201205上海师范大学硕士学位论文摘要㈣㈣螋城市历史街区是一个城市历史发展的缩影，是一个城市最重要的文化遗产。城市历史街区的旅游开发可以复兴历史街区的活力，使历史街区获得可持续发展的动力。本文以上海市中心城区十二片历史街区作为研究对象，通过文献整理和实地调查，对历史街区的背景、旅游开发现状以及旅游开发模式和未来的开发趋向等问题进行了研究，以期完善历史街区旅游开发的相关理论，同时为上海历史街区的旅游开发以及其他地区历史街区的旅游开发提供指导和帮助。本文首先介绍了上海历

2、史街区的形成背景和概况。包括历史街区在上海形成的历史背景和文化构成；介绍了上海历史街区的保护现状和范围；分析了上海历史街区的价值。在分析上海历史街区的形成背景和概况的基础上，本文对上海中心城现有的12片历史街区的旅游开发现状进行了分析。包括上海历史街区旅游资源的类型及特征；分析了上海历史街区的旅游开发现状并提出了开发存在的问题，为引入历史街区旅游开发模式奠定了理论和现实基础。依据前人理论研究成果，结合实地调研获得的第一手资料，本文从开发形态和开发主体两个方面总结了上海历史街区现有的旅游开发模式。开发形态方面，主要包括原真性保留模式、博物馆模式、创意产业园区模式、酒店餐厅模式以

3、及特色商业街模式；开发主体方面，主要包括政府主导型开发模式、企业主导型开发模式以及社区主导型开发模式。本文并对上海历史街区的现有的这些旅游开发模式进行了评价。本文提出了历史街区旅游开发模式发展的原则，包括：循序渐进原则、层级递进原则、与时俱进原则；分析了历史街区旅游开发模式发展的动力机制，包括：历史街区旅游利益主体之间动态博弈的过程、历史街区旅游开发模式自身运行规律的结果等；并由此拟议了上海历史街区旅游开发模式的发展趋向、实现路径、存在障碍及其保障对策。关键词：历史街区旅游；开发模式；发展趋向；路径；上海上海师范大学硕士学位论文AbstraetAbstractHistoric
