4、remodelofmacroscopicandmicroscopic,acompressiontestforshortCFRPtubesisexecuted.Inordertolearnthebucklingbehavior,anotherbucklingtestforslenderpipesarealsoincludedinthispassage.2.Thedomesticandinternationalresearchresult,includingtheproductionprocess,basiccomponents,finiteelementmodel

5、,andexperimentmethod,havebeendiscussed.What’smore,severalkindsofprogressivedamagemodelsarealsointroducedingreatdetail.Aimingatbetterparaphrasethedifferencemechanicbehaviorundertensionandcompression,theresearchprocedureofwind-filamentcompositeisalsointroduced.TheChamisC.Cformulaisreco

6、mmendedtocalculatethemicrostrengthandstiffnessofthebraidyarn.TheconstantderivedfromthisformulacanbeusedtoforecastthemacropropertiesoftheCFRPpipes.AUsermatsubroutinewhichcanbeembeddedintoANSYSfiniteelementsoftwareisprogrammed.Thissubroutinecanexactlysimulatetheelasticpropertiesofthese

7、pipes.3.Whenthewindanglerangesinaspecificscopeandtheslenderratioisnotveryhigh,thefiberandmatrixwillcrackbeforetheloadgettothemaxvalue.Insuchcase,thiskindofmaterialshowsnon-elasticpropertiesunderaxialcompression.Inordertobetterexplainthisphenomenon,aprogressivedamagemodelisintroduced.
