2、irdly,withthesimilarmethod,theparametersofcohesiveelementmodelabouttheinterfacefractureofTBC/bondcoatwereevaluatedbysimulatingarepresentativesegmentedcoatingunitundertensions.Thewholefractureprocessincludingverticalcracks,interfacedelaminationandspallationofthecoatingwerepre
3、dictedwiththesedeterminedmaterialproperties.Thesimulationresultsshowthatwhenthesubstratestrainis0.43%,acrackattheTBC/bondcoatinterfaceoccursandpropagates.Astheexternaltensileloadsincreasemorelarge,moreandmorecracksquicklynucleateandextendalongtheinterfacedirection.Finally,di
