2、myinguizhou.Basedonthe"droughtformationmechanismandthemanagementinformationsystemunderchangingenvironment,scientificanalysisofthedroughthydrologicalfactors,droughtcharacteristics,droughtdisasterprocessinguizhou,toprovidetechnicalsupportandscientificbasisforthescientificandefficientmanagemen
3、tofGuizhoudrought.Themainresearchcontentsandresultsareasfollows:(1)ThevariationcharacteristicsofGuizhouhydrologicalfactors.Respectivelyfromthetrend,therandomnessandthemutagenicityanalysisrainfall,evaporation,precipitationevaporationdifferenceofGuizhou.Usingthelineartrendencyestimatemethodan
4、alysistheelementsoftheyearscale,theanalysisresultsweretestedforsignificancebyKendallrankcorrelationtest;UsingHurstindex(Hurst)R/Smethodanalysistherandomness;usingtheMann-Kendallnonparameterrankcorrelationtestmethodoneachfactorsequencevariationpointspreliminaryidentificationandusingmoving-Tt
5、esttoidentifyprecisely.Theresultsshowedthatthehydrologicalelementshasacertainstabilityinthelongsequences,andtheHurstindexwasmorethan0.5,hasstrongsustainability.Especiallyin2009,hydrologicalfactorshavechangedobviously,thisresultsprovidethebasisforsubsequentanalysisontypicaldroughtinguizhou.(
6、2)CharacteristicsofdroughtinGuizhou.Withnearly60yearsofmeteorologicalobservationdataof19meteorologicalobservationstationsinGuizhou,calculatedthestandardizedprecipitationindex(SPI)andstandardizedprecipitationevaporationindex(SPEI),identifieddroughtconditionsandanalyzedreasonabley.Basedonopti
7、mizingtargets,andcalculatedthedroughtdurationandseverity,determinedtheGammafrequencydistributioncurveofthem,analyzedthetemporalandspatialcharacteristicsofthem.TheresultsshowthattheSPEIasguizhoudroughtindextoidentifytheresultisconsistentwithIII万方数据华北水利水电大
