1、AbstractAvarietyoflargesteelstructuresareemergingastherapiddevelopmentofChineseeconomyinrecentyears,andthicksteelplateiswidelyusedinoceanengineeringstructure.Asthemostcommonlyusedsteelconnection,weldedjointformedfromtheweldingprocessisaverycomplexnonuniformityco
2、mbinationofgeometricandmechanics,whichseriouslyaffectedthewholemechanicalpropertyofsteel.Byanalyzingnumbersofmajorfractureaccidentsinthehistory,wecanfindthattheaccidentnormallyoccurredinthestressconcentrationofthesteel(weldingdefectandresidualstress),whichjustex
3、istinaharshenvironmentatalowtemperature.Soitissoimportanttoinsurethesafetyoftheweldedjointthatweshoulddiscusshowtoimprovethetoughness.ThispaperevaluatesthetoughnessfortheAH32steelplateofdifferentweldingprocessesbyCTODtoughnesstest.Thispaperisdividedintofivechapt
4、ers,anditanalyzesthefactorsinfluencingthetoughnessofweldedjointsofthicksteelplate,mainlyfromtheregulatoryrequirements,weldingprocess,testingprocedures,impacttoughness,microstructuredistributionandmicrohardnessqualitativelyandquantitatively.Thecontentsandconclusi
5、onsareasfollows:(1)ItintroducesthedevelopmentofChinesemarineengineering,andexplaintheproblemstobesolveddomesticandinternationalfortheweldedjointtoughnessassessment.ThepaperdescribesthedefinitionandspecificationrequirementsofCTODtest,fullthicknesssamplesareaskedi
6、ntheevaluation,anditisappliedfromtheelastictotheshapingstage,whichisitsadvantagecomparedtootherevaluationmethods.Forthesamelowyieldratiosteelbrittlefracture,theσobtainedbyASTME1290-08is60%ofthevalueobtainedbyBS7448.(2)ThepaperfindsthatalltheCTODvaluesofFL/FL+2an
7、dFL+5fortheAH32weldedjointsmeettheregulatoryofDNV-OS-F101requirements,bythewayofCTODlowtemperature(0℃)toughnesscomparativetests.Itevaluatestheweldingprocessbasedonthetestresults,anditdescribestestpreparation,proceduresanddetailsofCTODtest,thelattertestdataandthe
