3、nterprises．Thispaperintroducesmainlythedesignandanalysisofthekeycomponentsofmechanicalstructure，thehardwareandsoftwaredesignofthePLCcontrolsystemandthepneumaticdriving．Firstly，itintroducesthedevelopment、technologyoftheautomaticline；Ittellsaboutthestructure、reliabilityindexofthetransmi

4、ssionlinesystem；Thekeycomponentsofmechanicalstructureandthestabilityofthestructureareanalyzed．Theideaofmodularsystemisusedinthecontrolsystem，andthedesignofthehardwareandsoftwareofthePLCcontrolsystemaredepicted．Thethesisexplainsthetechnologyofpneumatictransmission，andthecomponentsarese

6、heconsistencyandstabilityoftheproductquality，optimizethemanagementandcontrolandspeedsuptheproductioncycleandimprovetheutilizationofprocessingequipment；Secondly，thestructureofthepre-separationisdesigned，whichrealizestheautomaticseparationofthematerial，solvetheproblemoflowproductivityby
