3、,thedetectionresultsprovethevalidofthosealgorithm.Studyonthefeatureextractiontechniquesofradiatednoisefromthehighspeedunderwatervehicle.Combinedthetime—frequencyanalysismethodwithimageprocessing,utilizetheSTFT-RTapproachforfeatureextractionofunderwatermo
4、vingtarget’Sradiatednoise.BasedonincreasingtheSNRoftimefrequencyimage,theRadontransformisappliedtoreducethefeaturedimension.Thenthecharacteristicsoffrequencyvariationonvariable—speednavigationandbladefrequencyonstationarynavigationcouldbecalculatedautoma
