3、dCAEtodesigngear.Throughcoordinatetransformation,toestablishinvolutehelicalsurfacemathematicalmodel,themodelparameterswereanalyzedandasthebasictoestablishthegearparametersmodel.Inordertostudythegearmount"interference"problem,bystudyingthetoothprofilebasicm
4、eshinglawtodeducegearpairmeshinglineequationandestablishedtakingintogearassemblyerrorsmathematicalmodel.ToanalyseandcalculateestablishedgearmodelinMatlabsoftware,comparedgearassemblybeforeandaftersituation,themathematicalmodelofestablishedgearpairswasvalid
5、.OnthebasisofANSYSparameterlanguageandinvolutehelicalsurfaceequation,thispaperestablishedaprecisemodelofinvolutehelicalgears.Tofurtherstudygearpairassemblyproblemsunderthree-dimensionalmodelinginANSYSsoftware,byparameterlanguage,established3Dassemblymodels
6、ofthegearpair,comparedthismodelandthegearpairmathematicalmodel,theeffectivenessofthegearpairassemblymodelwasverified.Inordertoanalyzetheperformanceofgear,thepaperhadstudiedtheloadedboundaryconditionsofGears3Dassemblymodel,establishedthegearfiniteelementcon
7、tactmodelinANSYS.Dynamicmeshingofgearpairwasnonlinearcontactproblems,onthebasisofthegearpairfiniteelementcontactmodel,thepaperonthecorner-10°~10°whenthemodelwasstudied,andtheresultsshowedthatthegeartoothcontactareahadfluctuatedwithchangesinthecorner,andata
