3、ftheinterfereontheolinloopsignaldetectionwasanalysedbysimulation.Secondly,accordingtoSiliconmicro-machinedlinevibratorygyroscopesignaldetectioncharacteristics,noisesandsourcesofthenoisesinweaksignaldetectionwereanalyzedandrelativemethodsofremovingandrestrainingthesenoisesarcanalyzed
4、andcompared.ThemethodofcoherentsignaldetectionWasadoptedtodetectweaksignalofthegyroscopeandswitchdemodulationtechniqueWasusedincoherentsignaldetection.AseriesofexperimentsofopenloopaledoneandopenloopsignaldetectionWasrealized.Finally,Thefunctionoffeedbackforcegeneratorandthenegative
