1、重庆大学硕士学位论文熔分过程中炉渣的粘度和熔化特性对分离周期和效率有很大影响。研究发现,TiO2含量低于50%时,粘度随着TiO2含量的升高而降低。在TiO2含量高于等于50%时,粘度随着TiO2含量的升高而升高。增加MgO和FeO的含量都能够降低粘度。而增加Cr2O3含量能够增加炉渣粘度。对炉渣熔化特性的研究主要运用了半球点法,结果显示软化温度和半球点温度相差不大,而试样从半球点到流动状态需经历相对较长的时间。试样半球点温度随着TiO2含量增加先降低后升高,随着MgO和FeO的含量的增加而降低,并且随着Cr2O3含量的增加而升

4、tivelyused.Itisexploitedasironoreinordinaryblastfurnacesmeltingprocesswhichcausesproblemoflowutilizationrateandhardsmelting.Sotoexploreanewprocessforcomprehensiveutilizationofanadium-titaniummagnetitewithchromiumisimperative.Inrecentyears,directreductionandsmeltingpr
5、ocesshasbeenwidelyused.Carboninscaleisusedinthisprocess.Alsoithasadvantagesofusingcoalinsteadofcoke,hightemperature,shortertime,lowerenergyconsumption,lowerinvestment.Thisthesistakeresearchonthedirectreductionandsmeltingprocesstodealwithanadium-titaniummagnetitewithc
6、hromiumbasedthevalueofit.Inthestageofdirectreduction,thisthesiscalculatesreductionbyFactsage.Theresultsshowthat:(1)ThereductionofFeincreaseswithnC/nOincreases.WhilenC/nO>1,thereductionofFeisnearly100%.(2)Whilethetemperatureis1020℃~1100℃,thereductionofVincreaseswithte
