3、verelativelycomplexworkingconditions.Inparticular,otherrawmaterialscannotbecomparedtothehightransportationspeedaswellasthebadworkingconditionofmediumplatesonrollers.Suchcharacteristicshavemadetherealizationofthereal-timeperformanceandthereliabilitythatthedetection
4、systemrequireschallengeable.Atpresent,aseriesofdrawbacksofvisions-and-contacts-baseddetectionmethodshavegraduallybecomerevealed.What'smore,single-cameradevicesarenotabletomeettherequirementsofwidthmeasurementaswellasprecision,indicatinganabsolutetrendofhighlyeffic
5、ientandpreciseshapedetection.Hence,itisofgreatrealisticsignificancetodevelopanewnon-contacttechnologyofdoubleCMOScameraprofiledetection.Theaimofthispaperistodevelopanon-contactprofiledetectionmethodbasedondoubleCMOSimagesensor,usingmediumplatesastheresearchobject.
6、Inthisstudy,theprofiledetectionofmovingmediumplateswillbeperformedwiththeutilizationofvariousdevices,includinglaserlines,imagecapturedeviceaswellasvelocitymeasurementdevice.Thispaperemphasizesontherealizationofavarietyoftechnologiesduringtheprofiledetectionofmediu
7、mplates,namelyimagecapturingandcoding,edgecoordinateextraction,alongwithspecificcalibration,andsoon,soastoobtaintheprofileinformationofsuchmaterials.(1)Thecurrentstatusofmediumplateprofiledetectionisdepicted,withthetrendoffuturedevelopmentinthisfieldanalyticallyst
