2、oitisimportanttoreconstructACLandtorecoverstabilityofknee.ThetechniqueofreconstructionACLwithautologoushamstringbecamepopularforitsadvantage:littlelesiontodonorsite,non-interfercetokneestretchsystemandanatomyreconstructionACL.Butthereareafewofdefectsinthisprocedure.Theprocessoftendontobo

3、nehealingislongersothatitcan’tallowearlyrehabilitionexercise.ThehealingstrengthoftendontoboneisuncertainsothatitaffecttheresultsofACLreconstruction.Therefore,atpresentitisaninvestigatefocalthingtoenhancetendontobonehealing.Osteoinductivebiomaterialshaveprovedtobeveryosteoinductiveandused

4、torepairbonydefectsandununion,buttherehaslittleresearchaboutitseffecttotendontobonehealing.Inthisexperiment,weestablishedACLreconstructionanimalmodelwithautologousflexordigitorumlongustendonandputakindsofosteoinductivebiomaterial（TricalciumphosphateTCP）intotheinterfaceoftendontobone,expl

5、oretheenhancementoftendontobonebyuseofosteoinductivebiomaterial,investigatethehealingprocessoftendoninbonetunnel,andobservethestageofhistologyoftendon.WhatwedidistooffertheorybasisforclinicalapplyinACLreconstruction.MaterialandMethodsACLreconstructionswereperformedonbothkneesof48beagledo

6、gswiththetendonofflexordegitorumlongus,withsuspensionfixationtechnique.Thetendongraftfilledonlythetunnelpartnearthejoint.Ontheexperimentalside,injectabletricalciumphosphatewasusedtofillthetunnelnearbothendofthetendongraft.On7thecontrolside,nosuchinjectionwasperformed.Eightdogsweresacrifi

7、cedrespectively2,4,6,8,10,and12weeksaftersurgery,threeforhistologicalexaminationandfiveformechanicalexaminationeachtime.ResultsHistologicalexaminationshowedthatontheexperimentalside,mostofthetendon-boneinterspacewasfilledwithTCPislandandsurroundingosteoblastat2weeks.At4we
