1、摘要AbstractVoltagefluctuationandflickerisoneofthetypicalpowerqualityproblems.Theotheraspectsofresearchonflickerarebasedontheaccuratedetectionofvoltageflicker.Flickerenvelopeextractionisthekeyofvoltageflickerdetection.Thispaperanalyzedandcomparedtheabilityofflickerenveloptrackingu

2、singtheclassicaldetectionmethodsandHilberttransform,Teagerenergyoperatormethod,instantaneousreactivepowertheorymethod.Thesemethodshaveadvantagesanddisadvantagesandapplicationrange,respectively.AnovelenvelopeextractionmethodbasedonLMDwasproposedinthispaper.Thesimulationdataandfie

3、lddatashowtheaccuracyandeffectivenessofthemethod.BesidesthedetectionprecisionofLMDmethodishigher,especiallyinthescopeoflowfrequenciesofflicker.Thismethodcanextractenvelopeofflickersignalcontainingharmonicwithoutusingfilters.Itmakesupforthedisadvantageofsquaredemodulationrecommen

4、dedbyIEC.Finally,onthebasisofaccuratedetectionofflicker,thepropagationofvoltageflickerintheentirepowernetworkwasstudied.Therefore,thispaperdeducedaformulaforcalculatingtheinstantaneousflickersensationlevelbyfundamentalandinterharmonicvoltage.AmethodforcalculatingPstinthenetworkw

5、asintroducedbyanalyzingthepropagationofvoltageinterharmonic.Sothattheflickerlevelsatanybusofthenetworkcanbedeterminedeffectivelyinthismethod.TheflickercontributionsdeterminationatthePCCcanbestudiedonthebasisofthepropagationalgorithm.Finally,anexamplesimulationprovedthatthisflick
