1、河北大学硕士学位论文科技型中小企业信贷融资创新路径研究姓名：孟书霞申请学位级别：硕士专业：金融学指导教师：鲍静海2011-06摘要摘要改革开放以来,我国科技型中小企业得到了迅速发展,增强了国民经济增长的活力。科技型中小企业创造了大量的就业岗位,培养出许多自主创业的创新型人才,对社会稳定、经济发展做出了很大的贡献。但是,科技型中小企业的资金短缺问题一直是制约其进一步发展的一大瓶颈。现阶段,我国金融体系的完善性远不及发达国家,风险投资和创业板的发展尚处于起步阶段。信贷融资仍然在科技型中小企业的融资份额中占据着主导地位,银行信贷融资在未来的一段时间内将始终是科技型中小企业主要的融资渠道。
2、本文基于对我国科技型中小企业资金需求和商业银行对科技型中小企业的资金供给两方面的分析,认为导致科技型中小企业信贷融资不足的原因是：银行信贷业务创新不足、科技型中小企业自身的缺陷、缺乏健全的社会担保体系等；在总结美国、日本、韩国等国家在开展中小企业融资方面积累的经验的基础上,探讨了我国科技型中小企业信贷融资创新路径,提出了开展针对科技型中小企业的供应链金融、知识产权质押融资、科技型中小企业金融租赁三种模式,以解决我国科技型中小企业信贷融资不足问题。关键词：科技型中小企业供应链金融知识产权质押融资金融租赁IAbstractAbstractSinceChina'sreformandope
