2、uartzcrystalclockchipwithtemperaturecompensationinHHNEC0.25umCMOSprocess.Thispaperdescribedacompletedesignoftheclockchip,whichincludesthestructuredesign,circuitsdesignanddebuggingtest.First,thispaperdeterminedthecoreparametersoftheclockchipaccordingtotherequirementsandgavethedesignofthe
3、chiparchitecture.Second,thispaperintroducedthedesignofRTC,whichincludesaoscillator,abusinterfaceandaclockbasedonregisters.Thispartalsoincludesthelowpressuredetectioncircuit,theoscillationwavedetectioncircuit,PORcircuitandetc.Thenthispapercameintothepartofdigitaltemperaturecompensation.S
