1、摘要ABSRTACTPilefoundationsareeffectivelyabletoreducetheproportionofstructuraldeformationinducedbyexpansivesoils(EPS)swellingorshrinking,whichhasbeensuccessfullyreportedbymanyengineeringcasesandresearchonthoseconstructionswithinthezoneofEPS.AsforapileinEPS,itispulledbyupwardord
2、ownwardshearforceresultedfromchangeofwatercontentinEPS,andthoseunstableforcesmaycausethepiletomoveupward,anddepartthepilefromcaporevenbrokenthepile,whichcontributestooverallstructuraldamage.StatisticshowsthattheEPSproblemsarethecauseofdistortionstoalotoftransportationinfrastr
3、ucture,civilianinfrastructureandinfrastructureofcity,whichisdirectlyresponsibleformorethanseveralbillionyuansannuallyinChina.So,it’sveryessentialandurgenttocarryoutsystematicalresearchonEPS.BasedonpresentdomesticandinternationalresearchonpileinEPSandcomprehensiveanalysis,this
4、dissertationcontributesmanyeffortstoworktowardloadtransfercharacterofpileinEPSwiththeresearchprojectssupportedbytheNationalNaturalScienceFund.Bymeansofcombiningtheresearchwithexperimentsin-doors,modeltests,theoreticalanalysisandnumericalsimulation,theresearchworkhasbeenaccomp
5、lishedwiththefollowingachievements:1)Basedonone-dimensionoedometertests,timeindependentdeformationlawofEPShasbeendescribed.Theresultsareasfollows:①Indicatethedifferencebetweentheloadedswellingratio-timecurvesandfreeswellingratio-timecurves:theformersaroundundergoingtwostagesc
6、ouldwellbedescribedbyhyperbolicrelationshipinsingle-logarithmicscale,whilethelatersaroundundergoingthreestagespreferbeingdescribedbylogarithmicfunctioninthesamescale.②Loadedshrinkingratio-timecurvesarealmostoflinearwithtimeinlogarithmicscale.Furthermore,correspondingfunctions
7、havebeenestablishedtodescribealltestcurveswithgoodagreements.Then,deformationlawofEPShasbeenanalyzedinphysicsviewbasedonthetestdata.ThestudyestablishesbasisforcarryingouttheresearchontimeindependentinteractionbetweenpileandEPS.2)Theeffectsofverticalloads,watercontentsanddryde
