2、新兴的产业，环保产业对经济的可持续发展、社会产业结构的逐步完善以及人类生存条件的改善发挥着重要的作用。作为一个朝阳产业，环保产业以其在经济发展中所发挥的重要作用而日益受到人们的关注。本文以规范和加速河北省环保产业的发展，并如何能够促进河北省经济快速增长为研究目的，对环保产业概念的界定、分类、特征以及环保产业发展的理论基础进行了阐述，在对国内外环保产业的发展现状及趋势分析的基础上，总结了国内外环保产业发展的成功经验及其对河北省环保产业发展的借鉴。通过对河北省环保产业发展现状的分析，指出了河北省环保产业存在的问题，并在此基础上，科学制定出河
