1、工商企业管理工作问题分析及其对策摘要20世纪中期，管理工商完成了从执行性管理工商向决策性管理工商的转变后，又取得了一系列的进展和创新，使现代管理工商从广度、深度和高度上提到一个新的水平。对现代管理工商进行了分析探讨。只有建立以市场为导向、效益为中心、财务管理为重点的企业管理模式，才能在国内外市场竞争中领先，在网络经济大潮中站稳脚跟，进而使企业得到长足发展。中小企业在世界各国的经济中都占有举足轻重的地位，它不仅为解决社会就业问题发挥着巨大的作用，而且以其灵活的经营机制和旺盛的创新活力，为经济增长提供了最基本的原动力。中国加入世贸组织以来，中小企业遇到了前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。
