3、the3mmreceiverfront-endbasedonthetheoreticalanalysisofseveralcommonreceivers’structureandtheprevioussuccessfulexperiencesofdesigningthe3mmmodule.Thesubjectrequiresthewholefront-endbemadebytwoparts:thereceivingcircuitandtheprotectiveswitchinfrontofit.Thelocaloscillatorsignalacces
4、sfromtheoutside,sowedon’tneedtodesignthelocalsource.Thefinaldesignoffront-endiscomposedby3mmSPSTswitch、LNA、3mmamplifier、mixerandIFamplifier.Thenthispapermakesadetailedstudyonthe3mmSPSTswitch.Firstly,itanalyzestheprincipleofPINdiode,providesitsequivalentcircuitunderbothpositivean
5、dnegativebias.Secondly,itdiscussesthemajorparameterandmethodstoimprovetheisolationofSPSTswitch.Thirdly,itfinalizesthebasiccircuitconfigurationoftheswitch.Todesignthisswitch,choosethefin-linethathasalowerlossinthemillimeterwavebandasthetransmissionlineandconnectthePINdiodeinparal
