1、河北大学硕士学位论文基于日本经验发展我国环保产业对策研究姓名：马恒申请学位级别：硕士专业：世界经济指导教师：李赶顺2011-05摘要摘要环境与我们的生活息息相关，是人类赖以生存和发展的基础。第二次工业革命以后，随着世界各国经济的快速发展，资源消耗加剧，环境问题也日益突出，生态环境污染和破坏日益严重。改革开放之后，我国经济的增长是以巨大的资源浪费和环境污染为代价的，经济发展与环境保护的矛盾日益突出,这严重影响了我国可持续发展的实现，更是增加了我国节能减排的压力。如何实现经济与环境协调发展，是当今世界各国面临的共同问题。实践证明，大

2、力发展环保产业是解决该问题的有效途径。发达国家的环保产业起步早、发展快。作为其典型代表，日本在保持经济增长的同时，有效地协调了与资源、环境的发展，如今，日本已经形成了相当完善的环保产业发展体系。本文从环保产业的理论和现实分析入手，立足我国环保产业的发展现状，比较我国环保产业与日本环保产业的异同，深入分析了日本环保产业发展的成功经验及其内在原因，并根据环保产业的属性，对我国政府政策、产业环境等方面的进行分析，探索出市场经济条件下我国环保产业的发展对策，以期对我国环保产业的发展具有积极的参考意义。本文的主要研究内容：从环保产业的一般
