2、分为绪论：从研究背景，研究意义，研究内容几个方面进行论述；第二部分是供应链管理在我国企业的应用现状及启示：供应链管理相关理论的论述，我国企业供应链管理的现状分析，我国企业实施供应链管理的启示；第三部分是对神坤公司经营管理现状分析：对神坤公司基本情况，产品市场及供应链特点进行了介绍，对存在的主要问题进行分析；第四部分是提出了神坤公司供应链管理应用总体策略：供应链管理的基础性工作、神坤公司供应链管理的总体战略、神坤公司供应链集成模式的选择、供应链管理中合作伙伴的评估和选择；第五部分列出了神坤公司供应链管理的应用措施：从过程能力，技术能力及组织能力三方面提出了神坤公司现阶段提升供应链管理
