1、血管回声跟踪技术评价正常妊娠及妊娠期糖尿病血管内皮功能的临床研究刘莉符丽蓉郭文龙（包头医学院第二附属医院妇产科内蒙古包头014030）【摘要】目的探讨血管回声跟踪技术（E・Tracking）评价正常妊娠及妊娠期糖尿病患者颈动脉、脐动脉的血管内皮功能，探讨ET技术在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用价值。方法对正常妊娠女性45例，妊娠糖尿病患者40例（妊娠期糖尿病患者35例，糖耐量异常5例）应用ET技术测量脐动脉，一侧颈总动脉的硬化度（β）、弹性系数（Ep）、动脉顺应性（AC）、膨大系数（AI）及单点脉搏波传导速度（PWV
2、β）及内膜屮层厚度（IMT）的测量，同时测量脐动脉S/D,并对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果（1）妊娠期糖尿病组脐动脉的β,Ep,AC及P值等与颈动脉测量比较β,Ep明显升高，AC降低，差异有显著性（P<0.05）,IMTAl差异无显著性。（2）妊娠期糖尿病组与正常妊娠组脐动脉的β,Ep,AC及P值比较，妊娠期糖尿病组β,Ep明显升高，AC降低，差异有显著性（P<0.05）o结论（1）妊娠期糖尿病患者存在动脉弹性降低，内皮功能受损，而且脐动脉弹性的改变比颈动
