1、长沙理工大学硕士学位论文HB公司财务风险识别及控制方案设计姓名：贾真申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理指导教师：廖小菲20120526摘要财务风险是企业在筹资、投资、运营、收益分配的各个经营活动过程中，出于无法预料、不可控的因素而产生的偏离企业实际目标，而使企业产生损失的可能性。企业建立健全财务风险管理体系，进行动态监控，定期组织财务风险的识别、分析、评估及控制，提出财务风险分析报告、风险管理策略和风险控制方案，并跟踪方案落实情况。企业财务风险失控导致企业面临巨大的破产风险。文章首先通过财务风险相关基础理论的介绍，界定出了企业财务风险的概念、分类，财务风

2、险的识别及表现形式，以及财务风险的控制目标与方法。而后，本文研究了HB公司财务风险的现状，对HB公司所存在的财务风险进行识别评估。由于HB公司属于路桥施工行业，受国家宏观政策影响较大。为应对企业财务风险，必须建立自己的风险管理体系，及时把握国家政策调整方向，降低财务风险。在提出问题、分析问题的基础上，文章通过对HB公司强化风险意识，建立风险管理体系等手段，对HB公司财务风险控制方案进行实施分析，充分证明了HB公司的财务风险是可以有效识别并进行控制的。施工企业控制财务风险的任务，既艰巨又严峻，是不可以逾越但可以预防与化解的。因此，施工企业的投资人、经营者
