1、提要目的：全面整理合谷穴的主治应用文献，探究其应用规律，为基于经穴——部位特异性联系的“面口合谷收”理论和一经穴对应多脏的现象提供文献学依据；归纳合谷穴的配伍规律，为临床和科研提供指导。方法：运用文献学与统计学相结合的方法，分析合谷穴的应用规律和配伍特点。结果：古代文献条文1322条，其中合谷穴在头面五官病症的治疗应用中涉及65种病症，共获条文668条；在脏腑系统病症的治疗中涉及78种病症，共获条文654条。现代临床研究文献1479篇，在头面五官病症应用中涉及35种病症，共736篇文献；在脏腑系统病症治疗中涉及93种病症，共743篇文献
2、。合谷穴的广泛治疗作用，一方面揭示了“面口合谷收”理论具有坚实的理论依据和丰富的临床应用基础，另一方面，合谷穴的应用范围更为广泛，涉及内、外、妇、儿等各科相关病症的治疗。结论：第一，“面口合谷收”理论来源于临床，是具有实践基础的，这揭示了合谷穴与头面五官部位之间的密切联系；第二，合谷穴在多脏腑系统病症中的治疗均有广泛应用，体现了一经穴对应多脏腑的密切联系，且以治疗与脏腑相关联的组织病证及精神神志疾病为主。关键词：合谷穴；应用规律；面口合谷收；一经穴对应多脏腑TheAncientandModernLiteratureResearchont
