1、提要目的：针刺治疗颈椎病临床疗效显著，但从刺法角度入手的临床研究较少，本课题以关刺刺法与常规针刺治疗颈型颈椎病的镇痛疗效进行对比，以期观察关刺刺法的临床疗效。方法：将60例符合纳入标准的颈型颈椎病患者，随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，治疗组采取以关刺刺法治疗，对照组采取常规针刺疗法，5次治疗为一个疗程，共治疗两个疗程，治疗前后通过NPQ颈痛量表和简化McGill疼痛问卷进行疗效评定。结果：两组治疗后疼痛评分均较治疗前显著下降，与治疗前相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01)，组间治疗前后差值比较有非常显著性差异（P<0.01），且治疗组差值较大，有效

5、ses.ThecurativeeffectwasevaluatedbytheNorthwickParkNeckPainScale(NPQ)andMcGillScalebeforeandattheendofthecourse.Results:Aftertreatment,thescoresofNPQNeckPainScaleandMcGillPainScaleinthetwogroupsweresignificantlylowerthanthatbeforetreatment.Therewassignificantdifferenceintotalr

6、emissionrateoftwogroupsbycomparingbeforetreatment(P<0.01).Ontheoverallefficacy,thetreatmentgroupwassuperiortothecontrolgroup(P<0.01).Thetreatmentgrouphasbetteranalgesiceffectthanthecontrolgroup.Conclusion:Thearticularacupunctureissuperiortotheroutineacupunctureontheefficacyofc
